Our Story
Bare Real Estate & Property Management was founded in December 2024 by broker Danny Worsley after more than a decade leading Savannah's residential and vacation rental markets — first as the operations manager of a 250-unit vacation rental company across downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, then as the director of property management at a local brokerage, where Danny grew the portfolio from roughly 100 doors to nearly 400 over six years.
After a career spent scaling other people's companies, Danny launched Bare to do things his own way: a full-service brokerage where the broker is still personally accountable for every client, every transaction, and every door under management.
Today, Bare Real Estate is a full-service firm serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan counties, plus Daufuskie Island and Hardeeville in South Carolina. We handle residential and commercial sales, leasing, and a growing portfolio of property management clients across the greater Savannah area.

Danny Worsley

Born in London and a Savannah resident since 2000, Danny started his career in graphic design before being hired by a local vacation rental company to handle their creative work. That role evolved into client management, then operations, then a real estate license — and Danny went on to manage roughly 250 vacation rental units across downtown Savannah and Tybee Island as the company's operations manager.
After six years, Danny moved into long-term property management as the director of property management at a Savannah brokerage, where he scaled the portfolio from approximately 100 to nearly 400 units over six years. With more than a decade of experience across vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and residential sales, Danny earned his broker's license and founded Bare Real Estate in December 2024.
Danny specializes in investment property, first-time home buyers, listings, and full-portfolio property management, and personally oversees every Bare Real Estate transaction.
Emily Rauers Worsley
Operations Manager
Emily leads operations at Bare Real Estate & Property Management, ensuring every transaction, lease, and management file moves smoothly from start to finish. She is the connective tissue between our buyers, sellers, owners, tenants, and vendors — the person making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Isadora is a licensed Georgia real estate agent at Bare Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers across Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Statesboro, and the surrounding Coastal Empire. She works with first-time home buyers, move-up sellers, and investors, and she brings the same direct, honest, hands-on approach that defines Bare's brand.
